- 1 cup / 130 g frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup / 180 ml / 190 g high-protein Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use has 13 g protein per 100 g
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
