5-ingredient Healthier Brownies

Looking for an easy, delicious, and better-for-you dessert? These 5-ingredient healthier brownies are incredibly fudgy, rich in chocolate flavor, and naturally sweetened with banana and a touch of maple syrup. They’re the perfect treat when you’re craving something sweet but want to keep things simple and nourishing.

Made with wholesome ingredients like natural peanut butter and unsweetened cacao powder, these brownies are not only satisfying but also quick to whip up—just blend, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 bananas

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter you like or tahini, I used a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml)

1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml)

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

optional topping:

2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender (except the chocolate chunks)
  2. Pour into a baking dish (or an oven-safe glass container) lined with parchment paper. Optional: add the chocolate chunks on top
  3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 – 25 minutes
