Do I need special kitchen appliances for the recipes?
No, I use basic kitchen appliances in my recipes, including: stove, oven, blender and microwave.
However, if you have an air fryer, you can cook many of the recipes with it
Are the temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Both are available!
Are the measurements in cups or millilitres?
Both are available! And ingredients typically measured by weight are available in both ounces/pounds & grams/kilograms
