I have a desire to eat healthily, but I find it challenging since I am quite a selective eater. I didn’t find pleasure in eating “healthy food” because it was tough to find recipes that were nutritious yet still tasted delicious. However, Selma’s recipes both satisfy my sweet tooth and don’t make me feel guilty eating them! I am grateful to have found a way to be health-conscious without sacrificing taste. Selma’s recipes helped me discover my inner foodie, and for that, I am truly thankful.

I’ve been following you for two years now and was waiting for you to make an Ebook since it’s a lot easier to read and find the recipes from the book than on IG! I’ve started meal prepping lately and the meal prep breakfast recipes have been so delicious, especially, the banana bread baked oats😍
