No, I use basic kitchen appliances in my recipes, including: stove, oven, blender and microwave.

However, if you have an air fryer, you can cook many of the recipes with it

Quick & Easy Recipes 

  • Active prep & cook time per recipe is less than 30 minutes. There are a few recipes, like ice cream recipes, that need more time to set in the freezer/fridge but they are prepped very quickly. The recipes are adaptable and beginner-friendly, allowing you to tailor them to your preferences.

Low-FODMAP & IBS-Friendly Options

  • As someone with IBS, I’ve made this book suitable for gluten-free and lactose-free diets but you can, of course, use wheat flour or regular dairy products if you don’t have specific dietary needs. Low-FODMAP swaps are included at the end of the book.

Nutritious and Nourishing

  • Each recipe is crafted with wholesome ingredients to make you feel good. Estimated nutritional information per serving can be found in a table at the end of the book. I chose not to include numbers within the recipes themselves, as they can be triggering for those who have struggled or are currently struggling with eating disorders.
