- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons almond flour put 3 tablespoons and leave out buckwheat flour if you want to make this recipe paleo
- 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into a mug (regular-big). It will rise in the microwave.
Cook for 1-1,5 minutes on high in the microwave.
Eat while still warm. You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
