Gut-friendly Chocolate Energy Bites
This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, paleo and refined-sugar-free. These Gut-friendly Chocolate Energy Bites are a perfect snack that you can have on the go.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter 1,2 dl (or any other nut butter)
- 1/2 cup almond flour 1,2 dl
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 0,6 dl
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 0,6 dl
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1,2 dl
Mix all the ingredients together, except the shredded coconut.
Roll into balls with your hands.
Put the shredded coconut into a bowl and roll the bites in it.
Store in the fridge.
