Easy Banana Pancakes

- 1 mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond flour or any other flour (1/2-1 dl)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Mix the banana and the eggs together.
Add the dry ingredients and stir.
Cook on a non stick skillet with a little bit of coconut oil, about 1-2 minutes each side.
Serve with, for example, maple syrup and berries.
