Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Protein Bites
These Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Protein Bites are suitable for IBS sufferers. This recipe is gluten-free, low-FODMAP and refined-sugar-free.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour or oat flour
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Topping
- 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries or shredded coconut
Mix all the ingredients together (except the topping)
Roll into balls with your hands
Put the topping you are using into a bowl and roll the bites in it
Store in the fridge
