These Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Protein Bites are suitable for IBS sufferers. This recipe is gluten-free, low-FODMAP and refined-sugar-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Topping

  • 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together (except the topping)
  • Roll into balls with your hands
  • Put the topping you are using into a bowl and roll the bites in it
  • Store in the fridge
