Hi there!

My name is Selma! I’m a recipe & content creator from Finland!  I share easy, healthy, gluten-free & IBS-friendly recipes on social media! 

I was diagnozed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) when I was fifteen. The reason why I started developing and sharing my own recipes is that when I was diagnosed with IBS over nine years ago I was really lost and had no idea what I could eat. When I learnt what kind of recipes work with IBS, I wanted to share them with others who might be going through the same thing. In short, I eat a gluten-free and lactose-free diet and no onions, garlic or apples. However, if you aren’t coeliac, intolerant to gluten or IBS sufferer you can, of course, use wheat flour in my recipes. My recipes are easily adaptable, so you can switch things up to your liking. 

I want to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle! You don’t need to cut out desserts or sweet treats to be “healthy”. I create healthier alternatives to traditional treats with more nutritious ingredients that make our bodies feel good💛
