Roasted Thanksgiving Carrots
Roasted Carrots are a perfect Thanksgiving side dish. They are super tender and tasty. These carrots bring some freshness and sweetness to your holiday table. They are also pretty healthy!

- 6-8 carrots depends on the size of the carrots
- 1/4 cup olive oil 0,6 dl
- 1-2 teaspoons rosemary to taste
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or more/less, to taste
Peel or wash the carrots.
Cut the carrots in thirds crosswise. Then cut each piece lengthwise into halves or fourths (depends on the width of the carrots).
Put the carrots and all other ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Place carrots on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Cook at 440 degrees (225 in Celsius) for about 20 minutes.
Serve with fresh parsley if you like!:)
