Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts are so crispy, tender and tasty. They are a great side dish to go with the Thanksgiving turkey. These crunchy little treats will bring some freshness to your holiday table.

- 1,5 pounds Brussels Sprouts about 680 grams
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons sage or more, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste
- pinch of balck pepper
Preheat oven to 440 degrees (225 in Celsius).
Cut the bottom of each Brussels sprout off and then slice in half lengthwise. Pull off any yellow outer leaves.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and place the Brussels sprouts on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Roast for about 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are slightly browned, tender throughout and crispy.
Serve hot!
