Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts are so crispy, tender and tasty. They are a great side dish to go with the Thanksgiving turkey. These crunchy little treats will bring some freshness to your holiday table.

Ingredients
  

  • 1,5 pounds Brussels Sprouts about 680 grams
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons sage or more, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste
  • pinch of balck pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 440 degrees (225 in Celsius).
  • Cut the bottom of each Brussels sprout off and then slice in half lengthwise. Pull off any yellow outer leaves.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and place the Brussels sprouts on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for about 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are slightly browned, tender throughout and crispy.
  • Serve hot!
