This mug cake is super fluffy and delicious! The cake is ready in just a few minutes! The recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free!
This Healthy Chocolate Protein Mug Cake is a great snack or dessert! The recipe is super easy! This is a perfect treat when you crave something sweet and want it to be ready quickly! I topped this cake with vegan yogurt and some berries. Nut butter and melted dark chocolate would be awesome toppings as well!

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (vegan) Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons flour of choice, I used almond flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- In a mug mix an egg, maple syrup and vanilla extract together.
- Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients into the mug and mix until smooth.
- Cook in a microwave for 45 seconds – 1 minute. Serve with berries and yogurt, for example!
